ASHAM DUE BACK, JEFFREY VERY CLOSE
Veteran forward Craig Adams suffered what some felt was a potential serious knee/leg injury in Sunday’s practice.
The Penguins did not provide an update on Adams today following practice, but a team source tells me this afternoon that while the team expects Adams to possibly miss a little time, tests revealed no major injury
“He will be okay. Nothing major,” a team source said

Meanwhile, Arron Asham will return to the lineup tomorrow night and Dustin Jeffrey is getting very close to playing and might be cleared to play tomorrow night. Jeffrey is skating the best he has all season after returning from ACL surgery too soon, which led to a lost first half of the season. Jeffrey could provide a 2nd line/ 3rd line center role for the team
