Sedin’s could be the ones to close to the gap
Sidney Crosby has missed four straight games due to a concussion and will miss another contest Saturday afternoon against the Boston Bruins.
Despite being sidelined, Crosby’s NHL points lead has remained very much intact by a wide margin.

Tampa Lightning center Steven Stamkos has hit a bit of a wall and has collected just one assist in his last six games.
Crosby a holds 9 point lead over Stamkos, leading the NHL with 32 goals – 34 assists for 66 points. Stamkos trails Crosby with 31 goals – 26 assists – 57 points on the season. Crosby has appeared in 41 games this season, to Stamkos’ 44.
Two players to watch who appear primed to make a push in the points lead is the Sedin twins whose Vancouver Canucks by the way lead the NHL with 62 points. Daniel and Henrik are both tied for 3rd in the NHL with 55 points.
Henrik, the NHL’s leading scorer last season, has 9 goals – 46 assists for 55 points. Daniel has 25 goals and 30 assists on the season.
One player whose doesn’t figure to get himself in the mix this season is Alexander Ovechkin who has just 15 goals and 45 pts this season.
