steelers-helmet-image1 MCCAIN EMERGING AS A PRIORITY FOR STEELERS

Cornerback Brice McCain has emerged as a priority for the Steelers. The Steelers informed McCain’s reps early this week they would like to retain McCain and discussions on a new deal, believed to be for two years, between the Steelers and McCain are underway.
McCain, 28, started 9 games for the Steelers in 2014 and had 25 tackles, 3 interceptions and 6 pass defensed.
The tampering period begins Saturday as teams have a three day window to talk to free agents before free agency on March 10.
The McCain camp will see what’s out there before committing to the Steelers.
