*The Steelers trade for Josh Scobee is official. The Steelers will send a 2016 sixth round pick to the Jaguars.
*Offensive tackle Mike Adams has been placed on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform List, knocking him out of action for the first six weeks of the season.
*The team placed CB Senquez Golson and K Garrett Hartley on season ending injured reserve
*TE Cameron Clear, DE Niko Davis and TE Ray Hamilton placed on the Waived/Injured List
Cuts: Released G Miles Dieffenbach, WR Kenzel Doe, WR C.J. Goodwin, RB Braylon Heard, DE Joe Kruger, DT Joe Okafor, OL Collin Rahrig, CB Jordan Sullen, OT Kevin Whimpey and S Ian Wild.

The Steelers and Jaguars have agreed to a trade that will send the long-time Jaguars kicker to the Steelers.
Scobee has been Jacksonville’s place kicker since 2004. Scobee was 20/26 last season, including 7-9 from 40-49 and 3-6 from 50+.
In his career, Scobee is 237/291. Scobee carries a big salary, due to make $3.45 million this season with a $4.5 million cap hit.[/hide]
