Arizona Fall League Update
Per John Perrotto, LHP Danny Moskos, IF Chase d'Arnaud and OF Jose Tabata have been selected to play in the Arizona Fall League's Rising Stars Showcase.
In 15 games played, Tabata is batting .348 with 1 home run and 11 rbi's for the Scottsdale Scorpions.
Moskos, the Pirates 2007 1st round pick is 0-1 with a 5.79 ERA in 9.1 innings pitched for Scottsdale.
On Monday, LHP Donnie Veal was named Player of Week in Arizona Fall League as he pitched 7 2/3 shutout innings with 5 H, 2 BB and 7 SO.
