Some reports earlier in the month that the Penguins would open contract talks with Max Talbot "fairly soon" has not come to fruition.
While GM Ray Shero has reached out to the agents for Mike Rupp, Tyler Kennedy and Craig Adams, reps for Max Talbot have yet to hear from the Penguins.
