3:50 p.m. - Well that didn't take long. The Bengals have now announced that Lewis has agreed to a new deal and will return as coach. A press conference is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
2:53 p.m. - Reports that Marvin Lewis was returning the Cincinnati Bengals ended up being premature as the Bengals announced this afternoon that the sides went through two different meetings this morning but were unable to come to an agreement on a new deal.
For now, Lewis is back in play for Pitt and other NFL teams.
