A Steelers insider told me Limas Sweed has been quietly improving his practice habits. He’s beginning to grasp the offense and if he continues on the upswing, Sweed may pass up Dallas Baker on the depth chart and see sometime as the Steelers #4 receiver. The biggest adjustment Sweed has had to make is breaking away from defenders at the line of scrimmage.
