Polamalu practices

How much Hines Ward has left in him this season is a major question mark heading into the Steelers regular season finale.
Defensive end Brett Keisel (neck) and wide receiver Hines Ward (hamstring) both missed practice on Thursday for the second straight day.
Ward and Keisel are hopeful to practice to some extent on Friday, however, Ward has injuries to both hamstrings.
Guard Chris Kemoeatu (wrist) was limited on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday. Kemoeatu is questionable at this point for Sunday’s game. Ramon Foster will make his third consecutive start at left guard if Kemoeatu is unable to play.
Safety Troy Polamalu (knee) practiced for the second consecutive day on a limited basis. Ryan Mundy and Tyrone Carter continue to take first team reps at safety as Polamalu remains unlikely to play against Miami.
Linebacker Rocky Boiman (calf), defensive end Travis Kirschke (calf) and running back Willie Parker (shoulder) all practiced fully on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.
Linebacker James Farrior also returned to practice today
