Another loss for the NFL in court and the Pittsburgh Steelers will see Tom Brady in week one.
Judge Richard M. Berman has overturned Brady’s four game suspension, according to the Associated Press, making Brady eligible to play in week one.
Judge Berman writes in his 40 page decision that “Brady’s four game suspension is vacated, effective immediately”
The Patriots are currently listed as seven point favorites in week one. The line was previously at -2.5 in the Pats favor.
