NHL Insider Kevin Allen looks at the Philadelphia Flyers salary cap situation if they are able to sign Ilya Bryzgalov.
Allen makes an arugment that Jeff Carter is now expendable but the player most likely to be moved is Kris Versteeg and possibly Matt Carle.
