Week 5: NFL Power Rankings: Giants come in at No. 1

	1	New York Giants (4-0) The most complete team in the NFC. Wide receiver has become an area of strength for the Giants.
	2	Indianapolis Colts (4-0) Off the a 4-0 start and Peyton Manning looks better than ever
	3	New Orleans Saints (4-0) For the second straight week, the defense not the offense has been the story in New Orleans and it's a positive sign for the Saints.
	4	Minnesota Vikings (4-0) Brett Favre has been better than expected thus far. The Vikings have the Rams in week 5 but weeks 6 and 7 get much tougher. Host Baltimore and travel to Pittsburgh.
	5	Chicago Bears (3-1) Jay Cutler is winning over his teammates and the fans of Chicago. The key moving forward will be to get Matt Forte going.
	6	New York Jets (3-1) MArk Sanchez finally looked like a rookie against the Saints. Now that teams have some tape on him, it will be interesting to see if he starts to regress.
	7	New England Patriots (3-1) Tom Brady is starting to find his game as the Patriots got key wins against Atlanta and Baltimore. Question marks still surround the Pats defense
	8	Atlanta Falcons (2-1) Coming off a bye week, the Falcons have a tough matchup against the 3-1 49ers.
	9	Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) A bit high for the Steelers? Maybe...But, Ben Roethlisberger will have this team among the AFC's best by week 8. Steelers will get a boost with the return of Polamalu
	10	Baltimore Ravens (3-1) Nearly upsetted the Patriots if he wasn't for drops and shaky penalties. The offense has taken great strides but their defense doesn't have a championship look to it.
	11	Denver Broncos (4-0) The surprise of the NFL. Mike Nolan deserves a lot of credit for the Broncos turnaround on defense. They finally beat a good team in week 4. They still have a ways to go though.
	12	San Francisco 49ers (3-1) Mike Singletary has made the 49ers a very difficult team to play against. Could use another playmaker on offense. Michael Crabtree close to signing?
	13	Philadelphia Eagles (2-1) Bye week came at a perfect time for Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook
	14	Cincinnati Bengals (3-1) The Browns took the Bengals to overtime but Bengals are finding ways to win games that they lost in past seasons.
	15	Green Bay Packers (2-2) The offensive line could derail their season. Packers need more from Ryan Grant
	16	San Diego Chargers (2-2) Their inability to stop the run last season was their downfall but they can't stop the pass or the run this season. Running game needs to get going.
	17	Dallas Cowboys (2-2) Is the pressure getting to Tony Romo. Lost a game on Sunday that they should have won
	18	Jacksonville Jaguars (2-2) A team on the rise but they will need more performances from David Garrard that they got on Sunday to be in the playoff mix.
	19	Arizona Cardinals (1-2) Coming off a bye week, Kurt Warner needs to get back on track
	20	Miami Dolphins (1-3) Week 5 date with the New York Jets is a must win for the Dolphins
	21	Houston Texas (2-2) Steve Slaton is starting to find his game.
	22	Seattle Seahawks (1-3) It might not matter whose playing quarterback with the O-Line woes that the Seahawks have
	23	Tennessee Titans (0-4) Vince Young will be the teams starting quarterback by week 8.
	24	Washington Redskins (2-2) The Jason Campbell era maybe coming to an end
	25	Buffalo Bills (1-3) Not that he's the problem in Buffalo but the Bills should consider trading Terrell Owens and see if they can get something for him. For all his antics, he is being wasted in Buffalo
	26	Carolina Panthers (0-3) The Panthers don't have a 2004 turnaround in them
	27	Detroit Lions (1-3) The offense is much improved with Matthew Stafford at the helm. As for the defense? That's a different story
	28	Oakland Raiders (1-3) The Raiders are getting nothing from their last three #1 draft picks. Rookie wide out Louis Murphy has been one of the few positive stories of the year.
	29	Kansas City Chiefs (0-4) The struggles of Matt Cassel shouldn't be a surprise.
	30	Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4) Byron Leftwich didn't last as a starter but he's not at fault. This is a young team in rebuilding mode
	31	Cleveland Browns (0-4) The Eric Mangini era has been a mess and it will continue
	32	St. Louis Rams (0-4) If there's one team that could give the Lions a run at 0-16 it might be the Rams
