New York Giants 41 – St. Louis Rams 13
Eli Manning threw three touchdowns and the Giants offense was clicking on all cylinders. The Giants outgained the Rams 441 – 201 and defense ha started off the 08 campaign right where they left off last season Led by rising star Justin Tuck, the Giants sacked Rams quarterback Marc Bulger 5 times. The Giants have not lost a road game since their opener last season.
Green Bay 48 – Detroit 25
Aaron Rogers threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Green Bay Packers to a 48-25 victory over the Detroit Lions. Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings had 6 receptions for 167 yards.
Oakland 23 – Kansas City 8
Two of the worst teams in the NFL. The Raiders did play hard to help save Lane Kiffin’s job.
Indianapolis 18 – Minnesota
The Minnesota Vikings defense held Colts running back Joseph Addai to 20 rushing yards and forced two Peyton Manning int’s. It still wasn’t enough as the Colts scored 18 unanswered points to win with a late field goal.
Tennessee 24 – Cincinnati 7
Carson Palmer averaged 258 yards per game in 07. Palmer has thrown for 228 yards in two games this season. The Bengals are a mess and have no continuity on offense. The Titans boasts one of the league top defensive units. They are very difficult to run on. A bright spot for the Bengals is the play of 1st round pick Keith Rivers.

Washington 29 – New Orleans 24
The Washington Redskins stunned the New Orleans Saints putting up 29 points. The Redskins may not be as bad as they looked in their season opener against the New York Giants. Maybe the Giants defense is just that good.
Carolina 20 – Chicago 17
This game could have went either way but the Panthers made the plays late in the game. Both teams have shown through the first two weeks that they are serious playoff contenders. Kyle Orton is taking baby steps.
Buffalo 20 – Jacksonville 16
The Jaguars are in a 0-2 hole and are now two games behind the division leading Titans. David Garrard has had a rough start to the 08 season. The Buffalo Bills are going to be a very tough team to play this year. They play a physical brand of football and are going to make some noise in the AFC.
