Baltimore Ravens (2-2) at Indianapolis Colts (2-2)
The Indianapolis Colts are very close to being 0-4 and their offense better get on track when they face the Ravens tonight. The Ravens continue to boost one of the league’s top defenses but the offense has struggled to put up points again.
DePaoli’s pick: Colts
Detroit Lions (0-4) at Minnesota Vikings (2-3)
The Vikings are coming off of a big win Monday night against the New Orleans Saints. The Lions are in disarray
DePaoli’s pick: Vikings
Oakland Raiders (1-3) at New Orleans Saints (2-3)
The Saints are in a must-win situation after losing to the Vikings Monday night. Reggie Bush carried the Saints last week. Their Defense continues to struggle to make a big play late in the game. The Raiders will be playing in their first game since Lane Kiffin was fired.
DePaoli’s Pick: Saints
Cincinnati Bengals (0-5) at New York Jets (2-2)
The Bengals running game has been dismal and their passing game hasn’t been much better. The Jets will look to pressure Carson Palmer and force turnovers. Brett Favre is coming off of a 6 touchdown game
DePaoli’s pick: Jets
Chicago Bears (3-2) at Atlanta Falcons (3-2)
The Falcons have been the league’s biggest surprise. They have won games by winning the time of possession battle and quarterback Matt Ryan has made a big play when needed. Bears quarterback Kyle Orton is playing the best football of his career
DePaoli’s pick: Bears
Carolina Panthers (4-1) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-2)
The Panthers can take a two game lead in the division with a win today. This game will be physical and will go down to the wire. Tampa Bay will need a big game out of their passing game
DePaoli’s Pick: Panthers
St. Louis Rams (0-4) at Washington Redskins (4-1)
Easiest Pick of the day
DePaoli’s pick: Redskins
Miami Dolphins (2-2) at Houston Texans (2-2)
Houston could easily be 2-2 and have played well the past two weeks. Mental mistakes have been the difference between being 2-2 and 0-4. Miami is coming off of two emotional wins and could be in for a let down
DePaoli’s pick: Houston
Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3) at Denver Broncos (4-1)
The Jaguars were dominated by the Steelers in all assets of the game last week. Their secondary is banged up and Jay Cutler will be throwing early and often. The Jaguars need to get their running game going.
DePaoli’s pick: Broncos
Philadelphia Eagles (2-3) at San Francisco 49ers (2-3)
Cross country trips are always tough for NFL teams. The Eagles are in a must-win situation. A loss would put them three games behind in the elite NFC East division.
DePaoli’s pick: Eagles
Green Bay Packers (2-3) at Seattle Seahawks (1-3)
Both teams have underachieved this season. The Packers defense has struggled in recent weeks while the Seahawks need to get their running game going. In past seasons winning in Seattle was a monumental task.
DePaoli’s pick: Seahawks

Dallas Cowboys (4-1) at Arizona (3-2)
Arizona rebounded last week after an embarrassing loss to the Jets. Dallas is playing well but there has been some issues internally. Arizona must pass protect and stop the run. Dallas will look to pressure Warner and cause turnovers. They need to keep Barber and Jones involved. Dallas should win this game but I’m going with Arizona for my upset pick of the day
DePaoli’s Pick: Cardinals
New England Patriots (3-2) at San Diego Chargers (2-3)
The Chargers need this win before they fall even farther behind the Denver Broncos in the AFC West. The Chargers will look to get to Matt Cassel early and force turnovers. The Patriots need to get Lawrence Maroney going and attack the Chargers secondary which is not playing well.
DePaoli’s Pick: New England
New York Giants (4-0) at Cleveland Browns (1-3)
The Browns need to establish the run and limit their turnovers to have any chance of winning. Very unlikely they will be able to accomplish that
DePaoli’s pick: Giants
Last Week: 9-4
Overall Record: 49-24
