BOYCHUK CLAIMED ON WAIVERS

Winger Zach Boychuk has been claimed on waivers but not by the Carolina Hurricanes. The Hurricanes surprisingly passed on Boychuk and the former first round pick has been claimed by the Nashville Predators.
Meanwhile, winger Beau Bennett has been recalled by the Penguins after yesterday’s paper move. He rejoins the team today.
