Ziggy Hood signs with Jacksonville

ziggy-hood The Jacksonville Jaguars continue the overhaul of their defensive line, agreeing to terms with Ziggy Hood. Pittsburgh didn’t make much of an attempt to resign Hood who spent more time on his back than making plays during his five seasons with Pittsburgh. The 2009 first rounder never lived up to his billing and the Steelers entire 2009 draft class is gone. The 2008 and 2009 draft classes are reasons the Steelers have not made the playoffs since 2011. The loss of Hood and Al Woods could lead to the Steelers giving stronger consideration to resigning Brett Keisel who wants to return.
