I have been a longtime reader of Buzz on the Burgh, and have just recently joined DePaoli. For now, I will be going by the blogger name “Johnson.” I will be the blogger for your Pirates, and I may also give NFL, MLB, and NHL rumors as well. The Pirates (55-71) open the series with the Houston Astros (57-71) in Houston tonight at 8:05 ET. The game will be televised on FSN Pittsburgh. On the mound your Buccos will be Ian Snell (8-10, 3.93), and on the mound for the Astros will be Matt Albers (3-6, 6.14). The Pirates lead the overall series against the Astros this year going 7-2 against the Astros.
