Pittsburgh PenguinsMarc Andre Fleury is staying in Minnesota, officially agreeing to a 2 year, $7 million contract with the Minnesota Wild, the team announced.
It was a turbulent day on the rumor mill for Fleury as there was some thought Toronto was possibly overtaking Minnesota as the front rbut Wild GM Bill Guerin was able to secure a commitment from Fleury today who was believed to be deciding the last couple days from staying in Minnesota or signing with the Leafs on July 13.
