The Pittsburgh Penguins played the final 55 minutes of Game 2 without Olli Maatta who took a headshot from Brooks Orpik moments into the game.
“It was a late hit,” Sullivan said. “Targeted head. The type of hit everyone in hockey is trying to remove from the game.”
Maatta is believed to have a concussion.
