Rudy Owens placed on Triple-A disabled list

Indianapolis Indians starter Rudy Owens (9-7, 5.05 ERA) was placed on Triple-A disabled list this afternoon. Owens has had an up and down season and in the eyes of many observers, has had a disappointing season. Owens is 9-7 on the season with a 5.05 ERA. In his last two starts, he has allowed 16 hits and 10 earned runs.
