Pitt senior middle linebacker Scott McKillop has been named the Big East Defensive Player of the Week. McKillop had 15 tackles and 1 tackle for loss against the Buffalo Bulls Saturday night.
The university of Pittsburgh Athletic Department has announced The Pitt-Iowa game on Sept. 20 will be a noon kickoff and be nationally televised by either ESPN or ESPN2. Pitt is 2-1 all-time against Iowa.
Erie’s A.J. Fenton is scheduled to make an official visit to Pitt on Saturday September 20th. Fenton has a written offer on the table from Pitt. Fenton visited Wisconsin this past Saturday.
