Pirates No. 1 starter Kevin Correia (4-2, 2.90) takes the mound tonight against his old team in the San Diego Padres. Correia went 22-21 with a 4.54 ERA during the 2009 and 2010 seasons with San Diego. He is off to a strong start with the Pirates, most notably on the road. Correia is looking to improve to 5-0 on the road to become the first Pirates pitcher to win his first five outings on the road since Don Robinson who won his first seven road starts in 1982. |
