Veteran forward Craig Adams won’t have his one game suspension rescinded. The league has ruled this afternoon that Adams automatic one game suspension stands for his instigator in the last five minutes of Sunday’s game. Head coach Dan Bylsma has also been fined $10,000. In addition to Adams, the Penguins are likely to be without three regulars in Wednesday’s game. James Neal has a hearing on Tuesday morning for two incidents and the word on Neal from league officials is that he’s in hot water for his shot at Claude Giroux where the league is said to feel that Neal showed clear intent. Arron Asham has an in person hearing and is expected to receive a multiple games suspension. |
