Following his resignation from the Steelers, which was really a firing, Dick LeBeau could find work rather quickly. The 77 year old LeBeau is viewed as an ideal fit in some type of role in Arizona with Cardinals defensive coordinator Todd Bowles expected to become the Atlanta Falcons new head coach later this week.
LeBeau has obvious ties to Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians as the two worked together in Pittsburgh for eight seasons.
As expected there have been discussions between the two sides, Gerry Dulac of the Post-Gazette reports.
Dick LeBeau has talked w Bruce Arians about possibly joining Arizona Cardinals staff.

Another potential fit for LeBeau is in Tennessee and Titans insider Jim Wyatt makes the argument that the Titans should go after LeBeau. However, former Steelers defensive backs coach Ray Horton is currently the defensive coordinator on Ken Whisenhunt’s staff and despite the Titans dreadful season, it’s unlikely they’ll push Horton out the door for LeBeau. Associate head coach maybe?
Meanwhile, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin met with linebackers coach Keith Butler today and other assistants. Butler a top candidate to become the Steelers next defensive coordinator, is not under contract for 2015.
