The Pittsburgh Penguins do not plan to hire another assistant General Manager to replace Jason Botterill.

The team will do some reshuffling with titles and roles.

Among the changes:

*Bill Guerin has been named General Manager of Wilkes Barre/Scranton. A pretty good step for Guerin who has elevated himself into a rising NHL GM candidate over the last year.

*Jason Karmonos has a new title of Assistant GM

*Mark Recchi has been named Director of player development.
