Jagr bound for St. Louis?

As Jaromir Jagr appears destined to play in Europe, the NHL could still come calling before he intends to make a decision on October 5th.

The St. Louis Blues with a wrath of injuries at forward, are the latest team to kick some tires on the NHL great.

“He’s a great player, certainly someone we’ve talked internally about, as [we have] a number of players,” Blues GM Doug Armstrong told reporters. “We’re going to have to really dig deep into how our style of play is and what type of players can come in and complement that style.”

Jagr has 765 career goals and 1,914 points in the NHL. He had 46 points in 82 games last season with the Florida PAnthers after finishing the 2015-2016 campaign with 66 points, including 27 goals.
