As the Golden State Warriors dismantled the Kwahi Leonard-less San Antonio Spurs in four games, Cleveland after a hiccup in Game 3, annihilated the Celtics tonight 135-102 to close out the Eastern Conference Final in five games.

LeBron James put on a master piece with 35 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals in 35 minutes to clinch a seventh straight Finals appearance. James in the victory surpassed Michael Jordan as the NBA’s all-time playoff points leader.

Kevin Love playing the best basketball of his career, had 15 points and 11 rebounds in 28 minutes, finishing with a +43. Kyrie Irving had 24 points.

The Cavaliers – Warriors meeting in the NBA Finals is the first time in NBA history that the same two teams have met in the finals three consecutive years.
