QB Mason Rudolph is off the board agreeing to a one year, $3.6 Million contract with the Tennessee Titans. Rudolph will go to Tennessee to backup second-year QB Will Levis. NFL teams did not view Rudolph as starter caliber and the proof is in the money/situation as Rudolph failed to land in a place where he would have the chance to start.
