Pat Narduzzi takes shot at Penn State

Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi isn’t shy about taking some shots at Penn State.

Ranking No. 25 in the country, Narduzzi has Pitt trending up, while in Penn State James Franklin can’t figure out how to use Christian Hackenberg.

“You can have a talented quarterback and the play-calling can bring him down. We’ve seen that around the country, some closer than others,” Narduzzi said today.
