Forward Jonathan Gruden has been recalled from the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Penguins, the team announced. Gruden originally drafted in the 4th round of the 2018 draft by the Ottawa Senators, is third on the WBS Penguins with 11 goals on the season, behind Alex Nylander (14) and Valtteri Puustinen (13). Gruden’s added 5 assists on the season and the 6-foot, 172-pound forward has 57 points in 139 career AHL games. Gruden was acquired by the Penguins from Ottawa in the Matt Murray trade on October 7, 2020.
