Penguins – Flyers will have some fans in the stands for the three game set this week. The Penguins today received approval from the PA State Department of Health to open PPG Paints Arena at 15% capacity, which will allow 2,800 fans to attend. Tickets will be available to season ticket holders only, on a priority basis.
