Conor Sheary (18) netted the game winning goal with 2:56 remaining, scoring just 50 seconds after Jake Guentzel(8) tied the game at 3-3. Evgeni Malkin (29), Justin Schultz (11) also scored in the win. Schultz had a three point night with a goal, 2 assists.
Marc Andre Fleury stopped 28 shots in a strong relief appearance for the victory . Matt Murray was pulled after one period in allowing 3 goals on 21 shots.
Shots were 49-45 Buffalo.
