The Pittsburgh Penguins today assigned defenseman Owen Pickering to Wilkes Barre/Scranton and have recalled physical forward Boko Imama. Pickering’s reassignment is not believed to just be a paper move as the team feels Pickering’s development has stalled a bit in recent weeks.
