The Pittsburgh Penguins are among at least six teams showing interest UFA forward Daniel Pribyl (6-3, 195), TSN’s Bob McKenzie reports. Pribyl was a former sixth round pick of the Montreal Canadiens in the 2011 draft.
He had 16 goals and 45 points in 45 games for Sparta Praha of the Czech League, including 6 points in 5 playoff games so far. A skilled forward, Pribyl has drawn comparisons to Ales Hemsky to the type of skill set he has with the offensive creativity he plays with.
