Ahead of Friday’s game vs NJD, the Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forwards Vasily Ponomarev, Emil Bemstrom and Valtteri Puustinen on an emergency basis. Several forwards have been ruled out for the rest of the season:

  • Noel Acciari
  • Matt Nieto
  • Blake Lizotte.
