Tomlin indicated newly signed running back Isaiah Pead needs to learn the offense and his assignments before he can be trusted on the field. “Pead got a skill set to help us at some point,” Tomlin said. As for when that may be? “When he’s above the line [in those areas],” said Tomlin.
