SUNDAY’S PENGUINS CAMP BUZZ
[hide]
Penguins coaches overhauled the groups today with Group B looking like what the organizational depth actually is at this point, except for Tristan Jarry being out there in goal.
Chris Kunitz opened up today on Sidney Crosby’s left wing, while Sergei Plotnikov got the first look on Evgeni Malkin’s wing today.
David Perron continues to skate on the right side during camp, skating on the third line. Concerns about Perron’s skating ability may keep him away from getting a serious look on the Crosby/Kessel line.
The coaches want a left winger with good North-South speed to play with those two. Why Pascal Dupuis will also be getting a strong look.
