Roethlisberger & Okobi injured: Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger suffered a foot injury at the end of practice but it is believed not to be serious. He is expected back on the practice field tomorow morning. Center Chucky Okobi went down a few plays after Roethlisberger left the field. It appears Okobi has a lower back injury as the trainers were working on his lower back following practice. No word on the severity of the injury. Center Sean Mahan returned to practice today and will start at center against the Packers. Mahan did not make the trip to Canton due to personal reasons.
Harrison Returns: Linebacker James Harrison returned to practice for the first time in over a week.
Timmons still out: According to Ed Bouchette, Lawrence Timmons was in Philadelphia today having his sore groin looked at and that there had been a breakthrough in that area. Coach Tomlin said he will speak about the Timmons situation Thursday when Timmons returns.
Two Minute Drill: According to insiders, Ben Roethlisberger has looked phenomenal in practice this week. Roethisberger was 7 for 8 today with a 7 yard touchdown pass to Nate Washington during the two minute drill. I’ve been told Roethlisberger may play up to three series against the Packers Saturday Night.
