The Cincinnati Bengals have deactivated wide receiver Chad Johnson for tonight’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers for violation of a team rule. Wide receiver Chris Henry will start in place of Chad Johnson. Johnson the Bengals top deep threat has struggled this season and only has a 41 receptions – 383 yards – 4 TD’s. Bengals receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh leads the NFL with 73 catches, and has four touchdowns. Houshmandzadeh is a free agent following the season and the Bengals need to part ways with Johnson and focus on keeping Houshmandzadeh longterm
