With an eye on winning a Super Bowl, Steelers, Chargers Patriots at the top of Taylor’s wishlist.
A source well connected with the Steelers tells me Gary Wichard the agent for defensive end Jason Taylor spoke to the Steelers brass at the NFL owner meetings. The talks were initiated by Wichard with the intention reaching out to the Steelers to see if there is any interest from the Steelers in his client.
A meeting could happen between Taylor and Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin but it might just be more of a courtesy meeting from Tomlin’s standpoint. The chances of the Steelers showing a strong interest in Taylor is believed to be minimal, unless he was willing to play in Pittsburgh under the Steelers terms.
Taylor, 34, had knee problems last season and only had 3.5 sacks in 13 games. At age 34, Taylor is believed to have his eye winning a super bowl not on money
