Bryant McFadden will make a decision very soon on where he will sign
Where will he end up?: McFadden has only visited the Cardinals and Lions. The Lions have dropped out and went after cheaper alternatives. Many teams including the Jets, Patriots, Lions were turned off by McFadden’s asking price. McFadden currently has offers on the table from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals. Drew Rosenhaus, Bryant McFadden’s agent claims four teams including the Steelers and Cardinals are in on McFadden.
Prior to free agency the Miami Dolphins were believed to be Bryant McFadden’s first choice. A beat writer for the Miami Herald told us on Wednesday that the Dolphins were not in on McFadden because of his asking price.
Profootballtalk.com reports the Steelers, Dolphins, Cardinals and Eagles are talking to McFadden. McFadden has not had any scheduled visits with the Eagles and Dolphins to this point. We’ve been waiting for that sleeper team and maybe the Eagles are that sleeper team. Still, that remains to be seen. Until McFadden visits with the Dolphins or Eagles, it is all just speculation that they are interested. The Bryant McFadden watch will continue for a few more days.
