Two teams expressing interest in Penguins enforcer
There are mixed opinions in the Penguins organization as to what the Penguins will do with Eric Godard this off-season.
Ray Shero has wanted to get tougher and signed Michael Rupp to a two year deal on the first day of free agency. It is also widely believed that Dan Bylsma believes Paul Bissonnette can make the team out of training camp.
While the Penguins are looking tougher, are they trying to move away from having an enforcer in their lineup.
The addition of Rupp, the possibility of using Paul Bissonnette as a 13th, 14th forward will give the Penguins that option.
Two teams to express interest in Eric Godard are the Calgary Flames and the New York Islanders.
