Defenseman Kris Letang appears to be improving on a daily basis after suffering a head shot against the Dallas Stars nine days ago.
Letang is skating this morning in the 8:00 am hour, going through individual on-ice workouts, FSN’s Dan Potash reports.
Letang has not been diagnosed with a concussion. Meanwhile, Deryk Engelland who has been dealing with a minor lower body injury, is also skating this morning and should return to the lineup soon.
The Penguins are inching closer to full health with Sidney Crosby expected to return to the lineup on Sunday.
