High Pitch Count limits Keller to 5 innings in loss

Mitch Keller (2-3, 5.18) struck out seven and walked just two but lasted just five innings in a Pirates (14-17) 5-2 loss against the Oakland A’s (14-17 on Tuesday Night. Keller’s pitch count was at 96 after innings and was suspect with his control, throwing 59 strikes on 96 pitches, including just nine first pitch strikes to 23 batters faced.
