Russell Wilson put on the best QB performance in a Steelers uniform since? Wilson in thrashing the Bengals in air for 414 yards and 3 TD’s was one of the most flawless displays at QB I’ve seen from a Steelers QB. Wilson burned the Bengals in every areal short, intermediate and deep. What was most impressive with Wilson is how he was a step ahead of the Bengals on every snap. Take away my first read of a quick short out, I’ll bury you with a 25 yarder down the middle and it was play after play where Wilson unleashed greatness through the air from screen passes to a 40+ yard dagger to Van Jefferson. At least for one week Wilson shut up the ridiculous Justin Fields crowd that was creeping back……..

$28 Million a year sweet spot for team, Wilson this off-season? Russell Wilson going to chase one last monster contract in free agency? This is a guy who is all about his image and to put an exclamation mark on a potential Hall of Fame career, putting a couple good to great seasons on his resume for an iconic franchise will have a ton of weight on a decision. Mike Tomlin is also in love right now and he isn’t letting Wilson get away.

Kings of the North?: 9-3 at the 12-game mark, Pittsburgh (9-3, 6-2 Conf) enters Cleveland week with a two-game lead of the Ravens (8-5, 5-4 Conf) in the loss column. Pittsburgh is vs Cleveland, @ Philadelphia, @ Baltimore, vs Kansas City (3 Games in 10 days) and vs Cincinnati to finish the season. Baltimore entering their bye week has a much easier schedule @ NYG, vs Pittsburgh, @ Houston, vs Cleveland. You still want to be the Steelers than the Ravens right now in controlling their destiny. If Baltimore won out, they would finish 12-5 with an 8-4 conference record. A 3-2 finish for the Steelers would also put them at 12-5 and if that played out, you’d want one of the two losses to be in Philadelphia to finish with 3 losses in the conference for divisional tiebreaking scenarios.
