What is ESPN going to talk about a few days from now? Brian Hoyer will open the season as Cleveland’s starter.
Browns head coach Mike Pettine today officially named Hoyer the teams starter, citing one of the reasons being Hoyer’s leadership qualities.
The starting job was there for the taking from Johnny Maziel but Manziel failed to capitalize on a poor preseason and camp from Hoyer. Manziel proved Monday night vs Washington he’s not ready on and off the field.
Johnny Manziel started losing this job right after the draft when he partied his brains out. Continued losing it right through middle finger
