The Pittsburgh Steelers returned to the practice field and as expected, Isaac Redman was the lead runner with the 1’s. Redman is expected to start vs the Titans and will get the first chance to keep the job warm until Le’Veon Bell (foot) returns. “I go out there and run with the first team, do the first four reps, which is normally what the starter does,” Redman said on Monday. “I’m just preparing as if I’m the starter until they tell me otherwise.” Redman saw limited action during the preseason and could be pushed by Felix Jones for the bulk of the carries with Larod Stephens-Howling as the change of pace back. |
