The Pittsburgh Penguins will take part in the NHL’s Opening Night tilt on October 7th in facing the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Faceoff is 8:00 pm as the Mike Sullivan storyline will be front and center as he makes his Rangers debut against Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The NHL’s other two featured games on opening night are Florida vs Chicago (an odd matchup) and Los Angeles vs Colorado.
