• With Ben Roethlisberger and Bruce Gradkowski sitting tonight, Landry Jones will get the ball under center tonight vs the Carolina Panthers, making his second career preseason start. Last year’s  start vs the Panthers in the preseason finale saw Jones go 16/35 for 189 yards with 1 touchdown and 3 interceptions, a 36.5 QB rating. A similar showing could cast even more doubt for the Steelers to keep him.
