Buffalo’s Rasmus Ristolainen suspended three games for hit on Guentzel

The NHL Department of Player Safety announced Buffalo’s Ramus Ristolainen has been suspended three games for interference on Pittsburgh’s Jake Guentzel.

The NHL says a video explanation of the decision will be released later today.
